My store name is azafran.in
I am facing a problem where the checkout button on my cart is getting enabled and disabled automatically in a loop and this is happening real time.
Hi and welcome!
Could you provide a link to your store and we can take a look for you 🙂
Just visited your store, checkout button is working fine for me and never disables itself?
Does this happen on specific products or all products?
Welcome to the Shopify Community and thanks for sharing your question here!
I understand you're experiencing an issue in your store as the checkout button on your cart is being enabled and disabled.
I also was unable to replicate the error. When I selected a product and clicked add to cart, the checkout button is visible and functioning as expected. Could you provide a timeline of when the issue first started and advise on what theme you're using?
Have you tried viewing your store on a different device and browser to try and replicate the issue?
I took a moment to browse your website and products and loved learning more about your organic brand. Everything from your store layout, to the description and packaging, looks great! I noticed you have your social media handles included in the footer of your store. Did you know that Shopify recently introduced Twitter Shopping? It's another way to allow users to browse and shop your store and reach a larger audience. If you'd like to learn more about this new feature, check out our blog article: Turn Conversations into Conversions: Shopify Merchants Can Now Sell on Twitter.
Looking forward to hearing back!
I had experienced this issue last week since then i have not been able to track it down, So last time i had faced this issue I published a copy of my theme and it worked out but now again for some reason the checkout button is getting enabled and disabled
Thank you for your reply, @SaquibKhan1001.
Since the issue seems to be reoccurring and we don't have a timeline for the issue, I recommend contacting our support via the Help Center. I want to ensure that this issue is resolved and in order to do that, we'll need to look within your admin and other sections of your store.
I recommend this option as we are unable to authenticate your account or provide account-specific information here. We'll also need to ensure you're authenticated, and the best way to do that is through the Help Center. For better visibility, I'll share the steps below to get in touch with Shopify Support.
How to contact Shopify Support:
Please let us know if you have any issues accessing the help center. I'll be happy to further troubleshoot.
