Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Customer has just emailed to she isn't able to check out she says the button is not working but I haven't change anything and I'm wondering if anyone else has had an issue at all

We haven't received any reports of checkout issues today. Could you share your store URL with me? I can try going through the checkout myself and see if I run into the same issue.
In the meantime, you can recommend to your customer that they clear their cache and cookies, which may solve the problem.
