Anyone having an issue with checkout fields? I have for example, Company and Phone set to 'Do Not Ask' in my checkout preferences, but it is still showing as a field in the checkout form? I am on a 1.0 theme, but in testing my upcoming 2.0 theme the checkout fields are the same, it's like the preferences settings are being ignored...

There aren't any differences with the checkout fields (under 'Settings > Checkout') between vintage and Online store 2.0 themes so that shouldn't be causing the issue. However, though you can hide the Company name and Address line 2 fields from the checkout, it's important to note that the Shipping address phone number field can only be hidden from the customer's shipping address page.
There is a different setting that does allow you to change the contact method used in the checkout, and this will allow your customers to checkout using a phone number (optional) or to checkout only using email (required).
That being said, if you are experiencing an issue where the fields are appearing where they shouldn't be, then this is something that will require accessing your account in order to resolve.
