checkout not enable in Germany

Hi there

 

I've got a problem with German customers. When there are going to check out there is not way to add their address. It is like there is not way to buy from Germany. We do ship regularly in that Country. 

In the settings Germany is enabled so I don't know what could be the problem. 
Is there anyone who's got the same problem? Is there a way to solve it out?

Hi @lisa_199 we simply add in the "market setting" also Germany and it worked for us.
