Checkout Shipping Informtion Question Mark

Dear Comunity,

on my online shop www.shop.lagazoi.it at the checkout there is a question mark aside the shipping voice. At the moment it is linked with the shipping policy but I would like to link it with an other page. Does somebody knows where I can find these settings?
