Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
Just wondering if anybody had a solutions.
Click and drop is working fine for us however each order is being pulled through 4 times instead of just the one making it harder to locate different orders?
Is it like this for anyone else or am I missing something simple.
I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?

There is a bug in shopify. When you go to click and drop from shopify/apps menu, it set up another integration to C&D. We had 5 integration links...
Instead, go to google and search for click and drop, go to the C&D website and login. Then find 'settings' (top right) then click integrations, Delete duplicated links to shopify. Make sure the check box for 'Mark orders as despatched on channel' and 'Upload delivery confirmation to channel' are set correctly. For us, we wanted yes to each one.
