Combined Shipping Similar to eBay

I am new to shopify so forgive me if this is an obvious question.

I want to set up my shipping with combined shipping similar to the eBay model which is:

For example: Item A shipping is $4.99, then same buyer also buys item B and C. I would like to only charge them $2.00 per additional item not $4.99 extra.

So the total shipping would be $8.99 instead of $14.97.

Can this be done on Shopify? I couldnt find an option.
