Combining Local Delivery rates for multiple fulfillment locations

Hi!

We've set up two fulfillment locations, both offering FREE local delivery. We want customers to be able to add products from each fulfillment location to their cart and select "Local Delivery" at checkout.

We thought this would work exactly as combined shipping rates do. However, we've not able to get the Local Delivery rates to combine. When checking out with products from both locations, the Local Delivery option is not shown. Customers only see combined shipping rates.

Any assistance anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated.
