Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, im a bit confused. I use for my Shopify website Printful and since it was connected it was all set. Now I connected another provider printdoors which I did connect to Shopify. But the products i publish from printdoors apparently needed to set a separate shipping profile. After MANY hours trying to understand what to do I saw a had to make a shipping profile separate for print doors. Idk what I did, it asked me to add rates I chose worldwide standard and to set price was I supposed to add anything I want? Who pays for that? Will the supplier not send it if its too low?
Hi, @Unicornspumpkin!
The shipping rates you configure under Settings > Shipping and delivery in your Shopify admin determine what customers pay at checkout.
Typically, print on demand suppliers will charge you separately for the base cost of the product + their shipping fees, so you may need to review their help documents or contact them to find out what shipping typically looks like to ensure that you're charging enough. You can find PrintDoors contact information on their app listing page here.
