Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I can't seem to connect Paypal within my Facebook and Instagram sales channel. My Paypal account, using the same email as my shopify account, is connected within Shopify already. My FB/IG sales channel keeps prompting me to connect it there. After going through the connection process I get a message within the popup to check my email to confirm the connection. The email I receive just says "thanks for connecting to shopify inc" with no option to "confirm" anything further. Going back to my shopify FB/IG store channel it still says I need to connect Paypal. I've done this several times and only receive the same email each time without actually connecting.

Same issue as well. I've contacted FB and Shopify and neither of them have responded. They keep saying "thank you for your patience" for the past month
I've had a different experience with Shopify support but I agree that FB hasn't been helpful.
I've had the same issue. I managed to chat with Meta support and they conceded it's a technical issue and have escalated internally with no ETA for resolution.
Attempting my second go-around with Meta support. Wish me luck!
