contact for shopify payment?

I used the AI support and wasted 40 min of my life. Its useless. The supposed to be "live person" on the chat rarely responds, kept repeating the same thing, but not answering any of my question. I dont believe thats a real person. It's not a hard question. I paid shopify for merchant fee but i don't even deserve any support when i need it once in 10 years? phone or email?
