I reached out to Shopify Billing via email to resolve an URGENT issue with my account several days ago and I still haven't received a response back. It is an matter that I need resolved quickly and I was wondering if any one had any solutions on how I might receive a quicker response/ other people who might be helpful in this situation.
Our Billing department works on tickets in the order they come in; however, responses may be delayed as there our Billing team is not fully staffed over the weekend. Nevertheless, your ticket will be actioned as soon as they have reviewed it. Depending on your issue, a Support Advisor may be able to assist you with your billing request. You can contact support by logging into our Help Centre here, searching your question, then clicking "Contact Support" at the bottom of the page that shows the search results.
If the question is outside the scope of our Support Advisors, then they can at least confirm that your ticket is in the correct queue waiting to be reviewed.
