Count Error on Order

I've never had this problem before.  One of my customers requested a quote, which I responded to with an invoice. They wanted 32 pcs. of one of our products. When they receive my invoice and attempt to submit payment the count on the invoice changes to 31. I have re issued the invoice and the same thing occurs. 

 

I have no idea what is causing this.

As we're unable to authenticate users here in the Community, it would be best for you to reach out to our Authenticated Support Team so we can access your account and investigate these draft orders. It's definitely odd to see your inventory count change between creation of the draft, and delivery of the invoice, so we definitely want to take a look!
