Shopify Support provides technical troubleshooting to businesses using our e-commerce software, however, we do not manage stores or orders on their behalf.
For issues being experienced at checkout, it's best to connect with the company directly to express your concerns. They will then be able to determine if this was purposeful on their end or if there is in fact a widespread issue.
To rule out local errors, we also recommend the following:
Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
Try from a different network connection
For businesses that in fact use Shopify, they will be able to connect with us for further troubleshooting.
