Credit Card payments are not currently available

When a customer tries to buy from my store from an android phone they get this message: but its normal on iphone and desktop, im using shopify payments, any solution? i have setup multiple markets and changed prices also used auto translations if this can help, pls let me know how to solve this i have like 13 abandoned carts
