Hello, good evening,

I made a purchase on a website that uses your platform for payments, where I entered my credit card details, and the payment was processed. I was surprised when I made a new payment on another website for the first time, and as soon as I entered my email, it assumed my credit card details (this website also uses your services for payments). How can I delete my card information from your records. I appreciate an urgent response!

Hi! I think your card information is stored in the browser. Can you try opening the website in incognito mode and see if auto-fills your card details?

Hi there, @PedroB.

This is normal and expected behavior when using a checkout that is using Shop Pay as it's payment gateway. 

You have full control of your personal information at all times, and if you would prefer to remove all your details from the Shop App at any time, you can do so through this link. Thank you!
