My payments are on hold and we tried to email risk.shopify back and got some crazy Google Groups responses. How in the world is anyone able to get anything done!? We have been through this before last month and had to email customer support because the response email was broken and no one was seeing it, now we email back and get some weird encoded message about Risk.Shopify may not even exist! I understand why accounts get flagged and I get having to deal with some of these things every once and awhile but to not even be able to speak to someone or have an email that works is insane!

Hello customersupportXXXXXX,

We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (credit.risk) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:

* You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
* The owner of the group may have removed this group.
* You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.
* This group may not be open to posting.

If you have questions related to this or any other Google Group, visit the Help Center at

Thanks,

Hi there! Thank you for those details. Could you confirm what email address you tried to email? And was this sent as a new email, or as a reply to the email you received.

Shopify's Risk support team does not accept inbound emails, unless they are direct replies to an existing tickets. If you need to connect with our support team you can reach us at any time through our Help Center. To access our authenticated support, please follow this link: Shopify Help Center. Open the AI chat and type "contact support" to get started. Our support is able to escalate tickets for further help when needed. Generally speaking, you should have received an email with the best next steps to resolve any account issues you might be experiencing. If you didn't, our live chat support is the best next step.
