Hi,

 

My customer ordered directly from the cart by filling information form. She did not set up an account before ordering. After ordering she realized that she had no way of reviewing or tracking the order. She ended up creating an account with the same email address as the one she used for ordering. However, now when she logs in to her account, It does not show anything under 'Order' or 'Addresses'.

  1. Should it not automatically pick up that information using the email address that she used to order?
  2. If not, then what can be done to make sure that the order now appears on her account? (I can see her order on Shopify backend)

Go to Orders. Find the customer's order. Click on the order to open it. In the order details, there should be an option to "Attach customer". Search for the customer's email address and attach the order to their account.
