Customer address details auto filling into incorrect fields in Shippit

Hi there, I am wondering if someone can assist or shed some light on a huge increase in customers address details are going into the wrong fields for shipping. We use Shippit to send all our orders, we are finding most frequently the customers Suburb details are ending up on address line 1 which is where the street details are which then throws an error on Shippit until we correct it. I don't know that this is a Shopify issue either but i hoping you may know about this issue & possible a fix around this. I think it is customers using saved details on pay apps & they are throwing the information onto the wrong fields. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
