Customer card declined

A customer is having their credit card decline, even though he has checked and called his bank to make sure everything is correct. I have also tried to make a transaction for him, and all it says is the card is declined.

Is there a solution for this problem?

same issue here.

one customer sent screenshot that funds authorized.

another order declined. I reached out via email.

something is up.

Okay so I have gone ahead and confirmed that this is currently a known system-wide issue affecting  Merchants.

Ok, thanks. At lease we know its something they are hopefully trying to figure out!
