Customer charged without an invoice/confirmation - Help!

Hi there,

A customer who came to my online shop to place an order. She she hasn't received her confirmation email even though her card has been charged. And the CC company said that only the merchant can cancel the order - but I can't do so as I haven't received an order from her (could only see an abandoned cart).  

How can I resolve this issue?
