Hi, 

 

A customer attempted to make a purchase through our in-store POS and their tap payment didn't go through. Unfortunately, the customer left before staff could retry the payment. No customer email or phone number was linked to the purchase. Is it possible to contact their bank through their credit card? The last four digits of their card is the only information we have.
