Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
A client has raised an issue with me that a customer of theirs has been overcharged on shipping for local delivery. Shipping to this customers area is set to $55, I cannot find out why an extra $45 was added to their shipping.

Delivery cost for this area:
I have simulated the customers order exactly and cannot replicate the problem.
Any advice would be a great help, thanks.
Hello @MastersAgency ,
If you have different shipping profiles, the shipping costs can be added together.
When replicating, ensure that you choose the exact same product and location.
We are not using a shipping profile, but have general shipping rates tied to each state within Australia.
This issued occurred for a Local Delivery. When replicating the customers order, identical data was input: same address, products and quantity.
I have explored and there seems to be no shipping costs that can even add up to $100, so I'm fairly sure it's not a matter of multiple shipping costs being added together.
Thanks for your comment, any other information you can provide would be of great help.
