Customer paid for USPS First Class International, but not an option when buying label

I checked the service suspensions for Australia (which this order is being shipped to) but there are no active suspensions. How are people fulfilling orders without having to be more than double for expedited UPS or USPS. Thanks.

I'm experience the same problem. All other shipping methods are twice as much.

I've considered downloading an external app like Pirate Ship but have not tried to see if the option is available. Thoughts?

I'm having the same issue but the customer is from Canada. The local post office verified nothing has changed with USPS First Class Package International.

So, now today my international customers don't even have an option to purchase First Class International mail. It's forcing them to buy International Priority Express Mail at double the rate.
