Customer's Affirm Loan Denied, Order Went Through

Hi, 

As the title said, a customer placed an order but then emailed about an hour later saying their loan was denied. The order still appears to be valid on my backend and so I'm not sure what to do. Do I cancel the order? Will I be charged the Shop Pay Installments Fee still?
