CUSTOMER'S NOT RECEIVING CONFIRMATION/TRACKING INFO

I came across a couple of coincidences where a few customers were not receiving their confirmation/tracking emails after a purchase. 
Is this something that you can look into on your end to maybe give us a bit more clarification?

We also have the same issue which seems to have got worse in recent months.
