Customer side issue with "processing your Payment", try different payment method

I have been using the Shop app for some time with the same card.  It has always worked up until recently and now when I use that card I get an error of "There was an error processing your payment.  Try again with a different payment method or check out as guest."  I can check out as guest every time using the same card with no issues.  I deleted the old card and reinterred making sure to use the exact info from my card statement but it still doesn't work.  I am giving up Shop cash every time this happens.  I cant find a solution or anybody else to ask, Can somebody please help me with this?

I did everything on the list except I haven't heard back from my bank or from Shop.  The thing is, I have other cards in the app and they work 100%.  This card was 100% and then it stopped going through but sometimes the transaction does go through!?  I have tried from my desktop as well as my phone trying to narrow down what could be the issue.  I have a message in the Shop app and am waiting for a response.  I am lost as to what to try next.
