Hello, we are running more and more into issues with customers being charged multiple times for one order. It seems the issue is caused by Shopify Payments. We have a high transactional volume and cannot afford to experience these types of issues. The clients are calling upset suspecting some form of a scam. Can anyone from Shopify address this situation and let me know what how to resolve this???? @shopifysupport
