Customers are unable to input their shipping info today

For some reason our customers, once who have ordered from us before, are unable to input their shipping addresses today ... any idea why?

Thank you for connecting with us and sharing your question. I did some digging and came up short on any other instances reporting your experience at checkout. 

 

This means it could be a localized issue, or perhaps an app interfering. To be sure, can you provide the following insight:

  • Are you able to replicate this experience at checkout?
  • Is this occurring on all products? Do you have digital products?
  • Have all customers reported this, or particular ones? Is it a particular region that is being impacted?
  • Have they tried using multiple devices, and browsers? If so, which ones were reported back to you?
  • Most importantly, share a link to your store URL and I will be happy to run some troubleshooting steps on my end
