Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
All of a sudden, without changing any settings, checkout isn't working. It just redirects you to the home page. i have disabled all the apps, checked stripe, tried on incognito and still doesnt work. Can someone please help me?

Kindly help regarding this technical issue as customers can not finish check out from either desktop, phone, or any other device. As it redirects them to the homepage while the items remain in the cart. This happens for both 'Buy Now' and after 'Add to cart'.

We recently notice that checkout buttons are not working. When you click it, it only refresh the page and went back to home page. Shopify support is aware and said this is a global issue but the Shopify status did not mentioned about it. Please check your store and simulate a checkout. I do hope it resolves soon

still having this issue. At checkout, it just tells customer to return to the homepage. When will this be resolved Shopify!!!!
I have had a few reports of customers having issues checking out using ShopPay. I have had two reports in the last day. I am using the Minimal theme.
Report 1: Customer received an error message when on the last page/button of the ShopPay installments checkout process and couldn't complete purchase.
Report 2: Customer trying to check out with ShopPay/Paypal and not getting redirected to continue checking out, but rather redirected towards the home page. Tried on both mobile & desktop.
Self-test: I made a purchase through ShopPay to test this issue and my purchase went through successfully.
Any known issues going on or ways to resolve this to help these customers complete their purchase?

This is still happening to us on a localised version of our store. I deleted the cache, used a different browser and used an incognito window on the latest iOS on my iPhone, and I'm still being redirected from the cart to our homepage. Can you help, please?

I'm getting the same issue. Login on the checkout page, customer redirected back to homepage, cannot reach checkout. Shopify support has been no help, taking days to respond to messages, replying with non-starters, and not having read my previous messages.
My issue arises when customers log in from the checkout page. Otherwise checkout works fine.
