Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey there - we've had 4 subscription orders now changed from pick-up customers to shipping without us touching anything. Then, in Shopify, we're unable to fulfill their order if we do not ship it - but the customers originally requested pick-up when they signed up for their subscription and have had all of their previous orders be pick-up. Why is this? And how do we switch these customers back to pick-up now and moving forward?
We started to notice this issue when we switched from Skio to Recharge, but we've chatted with Recharge support plenty and they are stating it is a Shopify issue, not a Recharge issue. Please let us know, this has been very time consuming trying to resolve this via support chats and we've had no answers!
