The pickup option for online orders has suddenly went away and customers do not have the option to choose it at checkout. I have went through everything and have local pick up selected as an option but it still isn't there for customers. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks, Emily. Yes, I have made sure all of the steps you outlined above are in place, but it still isn't working. I spent some time on the phone with Shopify support yesterday. They were stumped too.
In the meantime, I have worked around the problem by creating a rate so customers can choose to pick up in store, but that isn't really a solution because my staff can't fulfill the orders like true store pick ups and there isn't a way to notify customers when their orders are ready.
