Customers can’t checkout using Paystack on my shop

Hello. I just registered as a seller on Shopify and I installed Paystack as payment merchant but my customers can’t make payments after placing their orders. It keeps bringing up an error message and I have had more than two customers from the US try but they keep getting “there’s an error processing your payment. Please try again or use another payment method”

I recognize how important it is to get this resolved! If you are still experiencing these issues you will need to contact the support for your payment gateway directly. Shopify does not have control over third party payment gateways and they are fully supported by their own providers. Their support team can help you troubleshoot and resolve this problem.
