Customers can't enter payment information - Payment details section not loading up

Hello,

My customers can't checkout with credit cards. Please see the screenshot. As you can see the payment details section popup at checkout is not showing for most customers. Could you help me with that?

To determine what might be preventing the credit card section from loading, I suggest previewing another theme to see if the issue persists. You can add one of Shopify's free themes to troubleshoot.
