customers paying with paypal express on product page can't take the free shipping option

Hey

When people try to pay using paypal express on my product pages (https://www.snugger.store/products/snugger-45-x-45-velvet-red for example) they automatically select the paid shipping option and cannot even choose from our free option. How can I make sure that the free shipping option is default?

It's clearly holding people back to purchasing so we need to solve this asap.
