Customers trying to purchase and getting denied shipping

Customers are going threw the purchase steps and then being denied shipment to their address.

Which are USA addresses. Please advise how do we go about fixing it.

Hi @aburrage - This usually happens when there’s no valid shipping method for the customer’s address. Check your Shopify shipping zones to ensure the USA is included and that you have active rates set for those zones.
