Customized Shipping and delivery Rules for pickup points

Hi All

I sell items with a wide range of weights and I would like to set the following shipping rules:

1. Free shipping for any order over €250 (excluding bulky items)
2. Home delivery (excluding bulky items) with a rate based on weight
3. Click & collect delivery in my store for all products
4. Pickup point delivery (excluding bulky items) with a rate based on weight
5. For bulky items, I want customers to contact me for a quote (I use a provider that does not have a Shopify App yet). In the Shipping and Delivery settings, I have therefore set a custom "Bulky Items" rate as free, with a note to contact me.

My issues are:

1. For pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay), I can’t figure out how to exclude bulky items from this option.
2. Also for pickup point delivery, I can’t figure out how to factor in the order amount. I have set a rate based on the weight of the products and I can’t combine it with a rate based on the order amount (free shipping over €250).

Does anyone have a solution for this? I would like to avoid paid Apps as I am just starting my business (they also seem quite complex to implement).
