Is this in regards to the Date of Birth you inputted when you initially signed up for Shopify Payments? If so, the short answer is yes, a Date of Birth on file can be updated.
You won't be able to update it directly within the Shopify admin yourself, however. This is because personal and business information related to a Shopify Payments account are considered sensitive, and these are stored internally in our system and can only be updated by one of our Shopify Payments team members.
So if you'd like to update the Date of Birth on file for your Shopify Payments account, you'll need to firstly speak with a live Support Advisor, who will then be able to gather your details and escalate your case to a specialized Shopify Payments team member. From there, they'll then be able to securely make the change on your behalf.
