I understand that issues may arise, but the lack of responsiveness has greatly affected my confidence in the services provided by Shopify. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter and release my withheld payout promptly. Additionally, I implore you to communicate with me directly, either via email or phone, to provide clear instructions on how I can resolve this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
