Delay in getting first payout - 2 months and waiting

Our experience with the Shopify platform has been excellent. We have been on Shopify for six months and launched our website for external users about 1.5 months ago. Since then, we have made several sales, but we are still waiting for our first payout. We submitted a support ticket and have escalated it multiple times. The support team has informed us that the issue is awaiting internal review and they don't have visibility into progress and that someone will contact us via email, but we have not heard anything yet. Despite repeatedly contacting the support team and escalating the ticket, we have reached a dead end. We are unsure of what else to do at this point and are reaching out to the community to see if anyone has experienced similar delays in receiving their first payout. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Based on experience, this kind of issue will take time to be resolved. Follow up with your case via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid moving it further on the queue.

Did you get a response from them, please? I've had no response for two weeks now. All my money is on hold inside shopify payment,I'm so helpless.
