Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am looking for any actual support here. I created a draft order and selected send invoice to allow a customer, who was picking up their products in person, to pay via credit card. The payment was captured on July 26th. I was supposed to receive my payout on July 31st. I have yet to receive my payout and have been completely frustrated with the lack of real communication with the online chat support.

One online support advisor was helpful. They thought they resolved the issue. They thought activating Shop Pay Installments in the settings would fix the issue. Based on some error they were seeing on the back end. They were confident this would fix everything and thought I should see my payout dates change within the next 48 hours. That ended up never happening.
I’ve read about the two-factor authentication being needed. I did that. Still no change.
I have noticed those that file complaints with the BBB seem to get some more helpful responses within 48 hours. Is that what is needed in order to get this resolved?
The support advisor today thought that since the payment was captured using Shop Pay instead of Shopify Payments (understanding the difference between those two very similar terms is not the easiest) that could be the issue.
I need my money. What do I have to do in order to receive some real human support? Can anyone help?
