just want to decativw my shop and stop being charged as when i signed up it said 3 month free trial and sick of being charged when i don’t use want to remove credit card and deleted my info

I'm sorry to hear you've decided to close your store. To stop the subscription charges and cancel your plan, you may log in to your admin and follow the steps below.

 

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.
  2. Click Deactivate store.
  3. If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
  4. If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
  5. Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
  6. Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

 

After following the steps, you will receive an email to confirm that your store is deactivated. Your store data is guaranteed for 2 years, so you're welcome to reopen your store whenever you wish to.
