Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Help Request,
We now have two orders that appear to be stuck in Shopify. About 5 months ago a customer requested we cancel an order. We did. The order was never fulfilled, it was canceled. Yet for the last 5 months it still shows up as an open order on the left side of the console.
Today I did a test purchase to see what enabling "bank deposit" would do (a customer requested an ACH transfer to pay for an order). I expected "bank deposit" would allow a customer to do an ACH payment. (It doesn't!) So I canceled the test order. Again, it now shows up on the left side of the screen as an open order. I followed another article on archiving or deleting orders to remove them from view. That's a big nope... The old order from 5 months ago, I archived. Still shows up in the open orders count. I then deleted my test transaction. Again, big nope... Even though the transaction has been deleted. It's still showing up in my open orders count.
How do I remove these? I look at open orders to see what's actually open... These two should not be open orders.
Thank you,
Jeff

This is an accepted solution.
Nevermind, They both just disappeared. I'm guessing someone at Shopify got it taken care of.
Cheers All!
