Delivery Address Options

We are delivering to 400 retail stores, and to reduce the amount of mistakes that stores make in typing their addresses, we want the stores to 'select' their address rather than manually type it in.

Is it possible, and if so what are the steps, to produce a dropdown/selection of addresses for the stores to choose?
