Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I keep getting random errors for customer not being able to complete checkout page, we have completed over 50 orders this week but have had 5 phone calls from customers saying can’t process order due to error.

The postcodes are set up in the shipping rates.
when I then manually enter the address it shows available, one address didn’t work this was a flat and possibly new building.
any ideas on what maybe causing this?
my thoughts have been can I turn of the automated address lookup to make it more customer input as sometimes to get around when I have been doing it is to input the postcode first and then the address?

Kindly double check your shipping and delivery settings. Make sure that you do not have 2 shipping profiles that might complicate the shipping settings. Another reason is the product that they are trying to purchase. Make sure that the product is included on the fulfillment origin inventory of your shipping settings.
