Delivery cost in cart view with flat rate

Hi, I would like to add shipping cost information in the shopping cart. I have a flat rate set up regardless of country of pickup. I only have free shipping set up from a certain cart value.

I saw that I can put a shipping cost calculator in the cart that takes into account the destination - I don't need that. I just want to display a fixed shipping cost or free shipping information if the cart value exceeds the set amount.

How can I do that?
