Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my online store. I use various delivery methods, including Mondial Relay. A customer managed to select Mondial Relay as the delivery method, even though their product weighed more than the maximum allowed weight of 30 kg (the product weighed 50 kg). How could this have happened? Are there any settings I can adjust to prevent this from happening again in the future?

So far, we have only had this customer order with Mondial Relay for a product weighing over 30 kg, but I suspect that the problem may occur again for all products weighing over 30 kg...
The order where the problem occurred is order number #1340. We have resolved the problem, the package was shipped with a carrier other than Mondial Relay... We just need to understand why there was this problem so that it doesn't happen again.
