Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have an order that was shipped via USPS and was properly delivered to a commercial mail facility. The USPS tracking information clearly shows that the package was "DELIVERED TO AGENT." My 3rd party shipping label provider (Pirate Ship) correctly shows that the packaged was delivered. However, Shopify shows the package as still "In Transit." So clearly Shopify is not correctly translating the USPS code for "DELIVERED TO AGENT." This delivery happened a week ago, so plenty of time for the Shopify-USPS API to have communicated and update.
Is there a fix for this as it seems pretty simple. Pirate Ship figured it out.
