Delivery Zones for Perth Western Australia

Hi,

Unfortunately I am in Perth Western Australia which is not supported by Shopify Delivery Zones.  My products are frozen and I would like to setup delivery zones based on postcode, so if a person lives in a 10km 30km or 60km they have different delivery rates set.

I currently have a condition that is all deliveries under $100 require a fee of $10 this is not enough when people order from a 50km radius.  A freezer vehicle, driver and diesel costs are not worth doing delivery.  On the flip side someone that is within a 10km radius should be able to pay less for delivery and not be based on a flat rate for all.

Help!
