Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I ordered boat 701avc earphones under rs.299 Shopify store and made payment online. But I didn't get any confirmation mail even after a few hours. Now even the site is not available. Thank you for sharing a link to the store you purchased from and the details of your concern. I understand that you purchased an item from this store but didn't receive it. That is never a great position to be in.
Shopify Support is here to provide support to merchants who use our platform to manage or host their business, but we do not have the ability to manage orders on a merchant's behalf. In this situation, if you are not able to contact the merchant directly for help with your order I would instead encourage you to contact your bank or credit card provider to reverse the payment you made.
